VCC Index (vccindex.com) is an independent, long-term bilingual virtual card review site. We use one scoring standard and public evidence to help readers avoid shutdowns, high fees and misleading claims.

All content is written, reviewed and owned by the VCC Index Review Team. We use AI tools to organise research and draft, and every piece is human-reviewed before publishing.

What we do

• Card reviews and comparisons — fees, KYC, regions, stability, compliance — scored on one standard.
• Merchants’ official payment rules, e.g. what ChatGPT and Claude require of issuing country and billing address.
• Shutdown and status tracking — publicly documented events only.
• Free tools: fee calculator and BIN lookup.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell cards, top up on your behalf or open accounts for you, and never handle reader funds.
• No payment success-rate promises.
• No affiliate, referral or invite links.
