    Per a reposted Dupay shutdown notice (dated 2025-10-20) and a 2025-11-05 BlockBeats report on cnyes: unable to fundamentally resolve compliance and fund-flow issues, Dupay would stop all services and shut its servers on 2025-11-30; a large frozen sum had not been released and Dupay advanced it, asking users to withdraw before shutdown; manual handling by email would remain available afterwards. The notice’s first publication date is unconfirmed (repost date and media date differ).

    According to media reposts, WildCard’s official group said on 2025-07-12 that, at the authorities’ request, it had to stop all business immediately; all top-up channels were blocked while existing balances could still be spent at the time, and the website went offline that day. We could not retrieve the original group notice. As of 2026-10-26 the official site reads “WildCard AI subscription service (paused) … resumption date to be determined”.
